The story is about Lindiwe Ngubenani, a first-time female Chief of Coffee-Bay in the Eastern Cape who endured the
brutal killings of her parents and relatives because of the unacceptance by her community that firmly stood against
her as a female chief. This story explores how the displacement of the roles of women in customary societies and
how it impacted Lindiwe’s whole life.

Dead Nigga Blvd. is a place that exists somewhere between life on Earth and the afterlife. Emmett Till, Oscar Grant, and Trayvon Martin dwell in frustration and confusion as they are forced to confront their deaths in the same way we all have confronted their deaths, through a broadcast. These three young men represent only a small percentage of deaths caused by racial injustices but their faces have become iconic in the conversation of American racism.

Khosi-Khosi grew up in a bad family structure. Situation led her to stay with an abusive man who knocked her head with a spate. The incident affected her physically and mentally. The boyfriend threw her out of his house realizing she could never be of any help. She went to stay with her sister who allegedly maltreated her; there she slept outside the house every day. The neighbors, police and social workers were aware of her situation but could not help her, she did not have disability grant because she doesn’t have ID. What will become of her?
